Zeng Xu Yuan's late challenge caught a Borussia Dortmund MZB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeng Xu Yuan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Poetass FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Zeng Xu Yuan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liu Zhi in the 38th minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper José Maria Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When Zeng Xu Yuan, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 77 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Michel Neuer was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Michel Neuer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon-Egil Schjelderup, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Brysz in the 84th minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund MZB's goalkeeper Michel Neuer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
