Edvaldo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeng Xu Yuan in the 4th minute of the match. Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Salles in the 5th minute of play. José Maria Goiano made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Agostinho Carneiro sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th match minute, Poetass FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon-Egil Schjelderup to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Zeng Xu Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Salles in the 18th minute of play. Poetass FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Agostinho Carneiro scored to the left of an out of position José Maria Goiano, making the score, 1-0. Júlio Saraiva hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 28th minute of play forced SAS's goalkeeper Edvaldo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalle Billberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Edvaldo Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Jon-Egil Schjelderup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when Agostinho Carneiro made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, SAS's goalkeeper Edvaldo Brasil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon-Egil Schjelderup. José Maria Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Guilherme Paraense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute of the match SAS got a corner. Poetass FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hélder Nóbrega ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hélder Nóbrega made a great header on SAS's corner, it was just that Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano managed to reach the ball for a save. Edvaldo Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witalis Brysz, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Witalis Brysz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvaldo Brasil. SAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witalis Brysz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After some careless play in the Poetass FC defense, Edgar Salles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Maria Goiano. The Poetass FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Maria Goiano should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Zeng Xu Yuan came free, but Edvaldo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon-Egil Schjelderup got free with Edvaldo Brasil in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 74 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's Witalis Brysz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edvaldo Brasil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Poetass FC's Cleiton Carioca was substituted for Vicente Heidemann. In the 76th minute of the match Poetass FC got a corner. SAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cleiton Carioca ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Zeng Xu Yuan got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-2. 76 minutes into the match. In the 81st match minute, SAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco Baiano to maneuver through the defense. After 87 minutes Poetass FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hélder Nóbrega who took care of the corner kick. Hélder Nóbrega made a great header on SAS's corner, it was just that Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano managed to reach the ball for a save. José Maria Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Salles in the 91st minute of play. Many of Poetass FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Poetass FC may have spent more time on the ball, but SAS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
