With a little luck, Defensores del Ángel Gris's Nicolás DAndrea got control of the ball when Frédson Freddie tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute Co Fuchs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergün Şener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zülfü Yalazay who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Nicolás DAndrea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, NoWayOut's Xie Sheng Yan got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience was convinced that Co Fuchs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ergün Şener was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 33 minutes into the game, Defensores del Ángel Gris's Co Fuchs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ergün Şener made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Serafim Catranides's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ergün Şener read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, Defensores del Ángel Gris's Serafim Catranides made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ergün Şener was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the match, Defensores del Ángel Gris's Serafim Catranides sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ergün Şener narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xie Sheng Yan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 played minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Silveira. A hard shot by Lauro Argandoña from long distance, 46 minutes into the match, got Nicolás DAndrea's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafim Catranides to strike the kick off in the second half. After 58 played minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Silveira. In the 59th minute Lauro Argandoña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolás DAndrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Defensores del Ángel Gris's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson Freddie came free, but Nicolás DAndrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zülfü Yalazay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Nicolás DAndrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolás DAndrea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind NoWayOut's goalkeeper Ergün Şener, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nicolás DAndrea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zülfü Yalazay's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Nicolás DAndrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frédson Freddie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 minutes of play, NoWayOut's Zülfü Yalazay made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolás DAndrea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Defensores del Ángel Gris's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
