Polly Magoo Juniors's Roy Johnsson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alvar Mellbad, made in the 10th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Bergman came free, but Ivar Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Markus Fågel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giga Mønster got free with Markus Fågel in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivar Albohm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isak Stålman went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Strömsbro IF's Lukas Pilblad got a free kick in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Strömsbro IF's zone, Roy Johnsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivar Albohm came out of the goal and Roy Johnsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giga Mønster blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Markus Fågel having to make a save. Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Polly Magoo Juniors from getting a goal against them. Gösta Bergman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Albohm having to interfere. Conny Rudkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Strömsbro IF's Jerry Aronsson shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Markus Fågel but with some difficulty. Giga Mønster could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Markus Fågel made a huge save. In the 46th match minute, Strömsbro IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvar Mellbad to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

51 minutes into the game, Strömsbro IF's Giga Mønster nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Markus Fågel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Giga Mønster put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Markus Fågel. In the 59th minute Gösta Bergman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Ivar Albohm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isak Stålman. In the 62nd minute Giga Mønster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Fågel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute Isak Wenerdahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Fågel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Strömsbro IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaf Åström to maneuver through the defense. Markus Fågel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Kristiansson in the 80th minute of play. With 81 minutes on the clock, Conny Rudkvist commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Polly Magoo Juniors fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! Michael Bredberg walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Michael Bredberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaf Åström hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Ivar Albohm was a little too slow when Isac Wållander got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 98th minute. The score was now 3-2. The Strömsbro IF support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
