Bret Caudill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Wennerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Kattvik kings getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Roger Söder hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Abraham Boyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lennart Dalberg during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute of the game, Egemen Korkmaz landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Kjell Wennerberg charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kjell Wennerberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. S.D. Bajen made a substitution. Graham Diaz replaced Egemen Korkmaz. In the 14th minute, Kjell Wennerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Georg Ingvall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charlie Bravo in the 16th minute. Bret Caudill stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andreas Hult's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Kattvik kings's Georg Ingvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brent Cowan in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Kattvik kings getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Herman Damm hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, one of S.D. Bajen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for S.D. Bajen. In the 28th minute there was a penalty for Kattvik kings. Andreas Hult stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bret Caudill. 0-1. 31 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Damm came free, but Bret Caudill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andreas Hult sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bret Caudill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman Damm in the 39th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Herman Damm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bret Caudill was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Andreas Hult's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bret Caudill was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. After 44 minutes, Andreas Hult made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. S.D. Bajen's Bret Caudill tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charlie Bravo made a kick off. Tony Kirby kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Bret Caudill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Hult in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, S.D. Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brent Cowan to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Hult in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bret Caudill saved S.D. Bajen from getting behind. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.D. Bajen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andreas Hult was slow to take the kick. During this time Kattvik kings's players had a chance to rest. In the 67thth minute of the game Andreas Hult who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.D. Bajen's Bret Caudill was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kjell Wennerberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Bret Caudill made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Damm in the 70th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Bret Caudill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Hult got free with Bret Caudill in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, Jorge Baez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute Charlie Bravo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Ingvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tony Kirby kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. A wasted opportunity for Kattvik kings. 90 minutes into the match, Darius Seals notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Kattvik kings's Georg Ingvall. Georg Ingvall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 93rd minute Andreas Hult shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bret Caudill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kattvik kings had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
