Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Kristiyan Bunev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. When Julio Chicote came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Chicote couldn't finish the play. The Bolivia fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Kristiyan Bunev got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 25 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Ferrant. Teofan Demerdzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 0-2 became the score in the 31st minute when Eduardo Fontirroig elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofan Demerdzhiev in the 38th minute of the match. Slaveyko Halov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso de la Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Ismael Tejedor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Bolivia were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofan Demerdzhiev to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Francisco Gallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Опълченците the free kick. After 55 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Gallo. Eduardo Fontirroig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Slaveyko Halov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Kristiyan Bunev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th match minute, Опълченците was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomislav Kishev to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Mario Fernandino sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Опълченците's Slaveyko Halov didn't even have to move. 71 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Kristiyan Bunev came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Mario Fernandino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bolivia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Julio Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Eduardo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 played minutes Опълченците got a freekick which was hit by Kiril Adamski. In the 94th minute Kristiyan Bunev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Опълченците's Antoan Mishev got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bolivia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
