In the 15thth minute of the game Gabríel Vassaras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Szombry's Janusz Tomaka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vc Brye's Gabríel Vassaras got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jakub Gabis made a kick off. Janusz Tomaka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Comunardo Cianci in the 55th minute. Jerzy Czciborek's late challenge caught a Vc Brye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerzy Czciborek helped the player get up and apologised. Gabríel Vassaras took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Janusz Tomaka. Janusz Tomaka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-13. FC Szombry's Janusz Tomaka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabríel Vassaras in the 96th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabríel Vassaras in the 98th minute of play forced FC Szombry's goalkeeper Janusz Tomaka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Vc Brye left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Szombry.
