Brunko Kyutev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abuy Mustaqim having to interfere. Vencho Gazibarov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hotman Paris, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Vencho Gazibarov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aziz Bawono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Peycho Konyarski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abuy Mustaqim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gencho Zhalov's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Antim Zheynov kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of SAPI FC booed when Каблешково was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleko Milanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. SAPI FC's Abuy Mustaqim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save SAPI FC from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anak Gaul stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Anak Gaul fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SAPI FC's protests and gave Anak Gaul a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SAPI FC's Anak Gaul got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SAPI FC's goalkeeper Abuy Mustaqim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54th minute Каблешково were awarded a corner. Antim Zheynov went to the cornerflag to take it. SAPI FC's Fitrah Pandelaki was substituted for Hotman Paris. Aleko Milanov hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the game, Akri Zumardi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAPI FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Каблешково the free kick. A collision led to SAPI FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Akri Zumardi hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Anak Gaul kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vencho Gazibarov. That made the score 0-1 in the 64 minute of play. Vencho Gazibarov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anak Gaul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Каблешково's Bogdan Tegarkov got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the game, SAPI FC's Anak Gaul nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vencho Gazibarov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Akri Zumardi was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 86th match minute, SAPI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akri Zumardi to maneuver through the defense. Abuy Mustaqim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gencho Zhalov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The SAPI FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SAPI FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
