The referee showed Eric Cimpoieru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eric Cimpoieru hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Scorpions -MM-'s Avram Golescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tor Wallengren in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Tor Wallengren came free, but Avram Golescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Scorpions -MM- booed when Joxa mé trasan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludwig Apelquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Joxa mé trasan fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Joxa mé trasan's Johannes Håkansson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 31 minutes into the match, Tor Wallengren notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Scorpions -MM-'s Avram Golescu. Avram Golescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Avram Golescu came out of the goal and Tor Wallengren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dan Năstase to make the kick off. Tor Wallengren hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Horaţiu Pană got a free kick in the 57th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Joxa mé trasan's Johannes Håkansson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tor Wallengren took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avram Golescu. Avram Golescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. In the 66th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandru Zăvoiu to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Scorpions -MM-'s zone, Johannes Håkansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avram Golescu came out of the goal and Johannes Håkansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the game, Valentin Şteţ was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Scorpions -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Joxa mé trasan the free kick. In the 69th minute, Valentin Şteţ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the game, Joxa mé trasan's Tor Wallengren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Avram Golescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. Avram Golescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tor Wallengren went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-7 was the resulting score. In the 83rdth minute of the game Johannes Håkansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scorpions -MM-'s Avram Golescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Joxa mé trasan booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Onitiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Johannes Håkansson sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Avram Golescu threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Johannes Håkansson this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Năstase in the 87th minute of play forced Joxa mé trasan's goalkeeper Niclas Allbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Johannes Håkansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Mihai Stoleru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johannes Håkansson shot from long distance in the 93rd minute, but Avram Golescu was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. When the match was over Joxa mé trasan could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Scorpions -MM- throughout the match.
