Dante Lundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Prieto, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Karl Forsell hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Osoro Raya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Mudarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Dante Lundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flodde CFC's Dante Lundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agamenón Ruiz in the 23rd minute of play. Dante Lundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adulfo Teresa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Adulfo Teresa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salud y República's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flodde CFC the free kick. 30 minutes into the match, Flodde CFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rubén Abril came free, but Dante Lundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adulfo Teresa in the 33rd minute of play. If Andoitz Talavera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agamenón Ruiz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tim Utfal kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Flodde CFC's Dante Lundberg got control of the ball when Agamenón Ruiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lope Reina kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Lope Reina's late challenge caught a Flodde CFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lope Reina helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Flodde CFC booed when Salud y República was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lope Reina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvino Galnares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvar Lundkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Alvino Galnares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Ahlroht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 81 minutes, Higinio Prieto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salud y República's supporters crossed their fingers, but Higinio Prieto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salud y República's Agamenón Ruiz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 83rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 88th minute, Jens Andberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Flodde CFC's Tim Utfal got a free kick in the 90th minute. Juan Mudarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lundberg having to interfere.
