Sebastian Rosen kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Gencho Zhalov scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Per-Olof Walroth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute, Tzeno Orozov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Billberg scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vencho Gazibarov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vencho Gazibarov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Billberg in the 25th minute of the match. Vencho Gazibarov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Billberg's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Каблешково were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Strömsbro IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antim Zheynov took the corner. Каблешково's Antim Zheynov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Per-Olof Walroth in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Каблешково getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ginyo Berchev hit a great ball. Ivan Billberg took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vencho Gazibarov. Vencho Gazibarov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Per-Olof Walroth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ginyo Berchev, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's goal looked a bit too open when Brunko Kyutev came free, but Per-Olof Walroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Strömsbro IF's Per-Olof Walroth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Strömsbro IF from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gencho Zhalov to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Gencho Zhalov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Olof Walroth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 played minutes Strömsbro IF got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Åke Telin. Strömsbro IF's Per-Olof Walroth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencho Zhalov in the 54th minute of play. During the 56th minute of the match Tzeno Orozov completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tzeno Orozov a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Tzeno Orozov hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Strömsbro IF defense, Ginyo Berchev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per-Olof Walroth. The Strömsbro IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per-Olof Walroth should have stopped the shot. Каблешково's Ginyo Berchev got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Strömsbro IF's Oskar Pihlgren got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 72 minutes, Sebastian Rosen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Strömsbro IF and the Каблешково players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Strömsbro IF getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Jon Ivarsson hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes, Каблешково's Antim Zheynov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Per-Olof Walroth came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Каблешково reached it. In the 82nd minute, Brunko Kyutev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Каблешково fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Rickard Söder charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rickard Söder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 84 played minutes Strömsbro IF got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Söder. 88 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's goal looked a bit too open when Brunko Kyutev came free, but Per-Olof Walroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Ginyo Berchev made a precise shot to the right of Per-Olof Walroth. Strömsbro IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Elenko Palikov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Per-Olof Walroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Каблешково fans cheered their team off the field, for while Strömsbro IF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
