The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leo Rosio came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Scorpions -MM-'s Dan Năstase. But to his dismay, Dan Năstase quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the game, Scorpions -MM-'s Dan Năstase nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Rosio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, Angua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Chirculescu came free, but Leo Rosio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19thth minute of the game Emil Bărnuțiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Angua FC's Leo Rosio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th minute, Dan Năstase made a precise shot to the right of Leo Rosio. Angua FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 23 minutes, Emil Bărnuțiu made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Angua FC's Leo Rosio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ciro Dolfos charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Dolfos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Scorpions -MM- booed when Angua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Dolfos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdinand Chirculescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute Dan Năstase shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Rosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fidel Bittor fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Angua FC's protests and gave Fidel Bittor a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes Angua FC got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Bittor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Chirculescu in the 34th minute of play forced Angua FC's goalkeeper Leo Rosio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute of the match Angua FC got a corner. Scorpions -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vicente Emesto ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Angua FC's corner Vicente Emesto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Iurie Cocoș quite easily take care of the ball. Leo Rosio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dan Năstase went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gogo Burutzagi made a kick off. Valentin Şteţ kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Scorpions -MM-'s zone, Ivan Esiquio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iurie Cocoș came out of the goal and Ivan Esiquio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iurie Cocoș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, Eric Cimpoieru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Scorpions -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Angua FC the free kick. Eric Cimpoieru kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Dan Năstase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Rosio having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Angua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Chirculescu came free, but Leo Rosio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 minutes, Valentin Şteţ mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Scorpions -MM- and the Angua FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Valentin Şteţ hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 89th match minute, Angua FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Bartoli to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Ivan Esiquio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Scorpions -MM-'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
