Noel Seide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Trendafil Margin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Noel Seide made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Evtim Kalúpchiev sent off a good shot on target. Prokopi Pravchanski charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prokopi Pravchanski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Haiti booed when Great Bulgaria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prokopi Pravchanski didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Haiti's Noel Seide got control of the ball when Evtim Kalúpchiev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marko Dzhorinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Dzhorinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Evtim Kalúpchiev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Dzhorinski came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yanaki Peychinov in the 38th minute of play. Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The supporters of Haiti booed when Great Bulgaria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deyan Makazchiev didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 42nd minute of play forced Great Bulgaria's goalkeeper Trendafil Margin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marko Dzhorinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Marinchev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Noel Seide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noel Seide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evtim Kalúpchiev in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marko Dzhorinski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yanaki Peychinov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Noel Seide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haiti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evtim Kalúpchiev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Gesner Philippe kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evtim Kalúpchiev in the 71st minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evtim Kalúpchiev in the 72nd minute of the match. Philippe Ambroise's late challenge caught a Great Bulgaria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Philippe Ambroise helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th minute, Philippe Ambroise hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marko Dzhorinski scored 6-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Seide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Dzhorinski in the 79th minute of play. After some careless play in the Haiti defense, Evtim Kalúpchiev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noel Seide. The Haiti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Seide should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Haiti booed when Great Bulgaria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yanaki Peychinov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Great Bulgaria. When Prokopi Pravchanski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes had been played. Prokopi Pravchanski kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evtim Kalúpchiev during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evtim Kalúpchiev hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 96th minute of play forced Great Bulgaria's goalkeeper Trendafil Margin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Great Bulgaria players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
