After a rather tough play, Di Röe's Henry Forsberg got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Andreas Giöck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jens-Ove Åkesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Östen Kling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Eklund in the 28th minute of play forced Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Dick Strandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Di Röe fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Di Röe's Magnus Tham looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Albin Emander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Jens-Ove Ekberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dick Strandberg was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. 34 minutes into the game, Agne Engman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nytäppet Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Di Röe the free kick. Agne Engman hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The supporters of Nytäppet Fc booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ove Ekberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nytäppet Fc's Dick Strandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Ekberg in the 40th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Tham came free, but Dick Strandberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dick Strandberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Ekberg in the 46th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Di Röe's Magnus Tham got a free kick in the 47th minute. Jens-Ove Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Giöck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Kalle Barck made the kick off in the second half. Dick Strandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Ekberg in the 56th minute of play. The Di Röe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Dick Strandberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ragnar Johnsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 81 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Di Röe's Albin Emander got a free kick in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Johnsson came free, but Dick Strandberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute, Jan Odman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Nytäppet Fc supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Di Röe's performance. The match ended with a win for Di Röe.
