Mean Machine's Casper Kleen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Mean Machine from getting a goal against them. Jack Tolsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Casper Kleen made a huge save. Jack Tolsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Kleen having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torsten Berglund in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaf Rudberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 19 minutes, Torsten Berglund made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. KD Stiger's Gustaf Rudberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 22 minutes, Edmund Holmgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mean Machine and the KD Stiger players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mean Machine's Casper Kleen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Mean Machine from getting a goal against them. When Lars Frykberg fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mean Machine's protests and gave Lars Frykberg a yellow card for diving instead. Gustaf Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Frykberg in the 40th minute of the match. Torsten Berglund kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Pål Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Kleen having to interfere. The supporters of Mean Machine booed when KD Stiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pål Strömberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henry Alebäck to make the kick off. Gustaf Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Alebäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Henry Alebäck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Gustaf Rudberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 68 minutes into the game, KD Stiger's Jack Tolsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Casper Kleen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Gustaf Rudberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Alebäck in the 74th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per Kjellberg during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Per Kjellberg hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Roy Sundberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustaf Rudberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Alebäck's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. A collision led to Mean Machine getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Robin Hultstrand hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Rune Anselius could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Gustaf Rudberg however easily saved by the left post. Benjamin Snabb kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Gustaf Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Alebäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Tolsson came free, but Casper Kleen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mean Machine's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because KD Stiger had won, even though Mean Machine had held more of the ball.
