Alf Kullgren hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. If Conny Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Sundens BK defense, Valdemar Åberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilhelm Säv. The Sundens BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilhelm Säv should have stopped the shot. Wilhelm Säv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Åberg in the 20th minute of play. Sebastian Haegg's late challenge caught a Sundens BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Haegg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when SSC Ambrosini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Haegg didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Mårtensson in the 23rd minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Björn Ekegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SSC Ambrosini's zone, Tommy Asserlindh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Björn Ekegren came out of the goal and Tommy Asserlindh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th match minute, SSC Ambrosini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Kullgren to maneuver through the defense. Wilhelm Klemensson kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Conny Mårtensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Björn Ekegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 played minutes SSC Ambrosini got a freekick which was hit by Alf Kullgren. The Sundens BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SSC Ambrosini were winning 0-1.

Björn Ekegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilhelm Säv made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Hans Bergqvist sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Asserlindh came free, but Björn Ekegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olov Alebäck charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olov Alebäck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sundens BK's Olov Alebäck got a free kick in the 75th minute. Alf Kullgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilhelm Säv made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Sebastian Haegg sent off a good shot on target. 90 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Olof Jernberg came free, but Björn Ekegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilhelm Säv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Åberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After some careless play in the Sundens BK defense, Valdemar Åberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilhelm Säv. The Sundens BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilhelm Säv should have stopped the shot. The SSC Ambrosini players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
