Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Alexander Hedkvist fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Di Röe's protests and gave Alexander Hedkvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, Di Röe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Hedkvist to maneuver through the defense. If Valdemar Åberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, SSC Ambrosini's Torsten Soned got a free kick in the 4th minute. Albert Nyman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, SSC Ambrosini's Valdemar Åberg got a free kick in the 8th minute. When Di Röe's Jens-Ove Ekberg, in the 17th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Di Röe. 20 minutes into the game, Ragnar Johnsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Björn Ekegren. Ragnar Johnsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Di Röe's Ragnar Johnsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. With a little luck, SSC Ambrosini's Björn Ekegren got control of the ball when Jens-Ove Ekberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. SSC Ambrosini's Björn Ekegren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save SSC Ambrosini from getting a goal against them. After 35 minutes, Ragnar Johnsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Di Röe and the SSC Ambrosini players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ragnar Johnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute of the match Alf Kullgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens-Ove Åkesson skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Di Röe getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Magnus Tham hit a great ball. Nils-Emil Tunberg hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Marc Eklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Di Röe's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc Eklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Björn Ekegren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute, Hans Bergqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The wind increased when Ragnar Johnsson made the kick off in the second half. Björn Ekegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Eklund in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Di Röe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Tham to maneuver through the defense. Torsten Soned kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Ragnar Johnsson made a precise shot to the right of Björn Ekegren. SSC Ambrosini's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Olof Ersman managed to get in a good position for a shot. SSC Ambrosini's supporters rose to their feet, but Olof Ersman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jens-Ove Åkesson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute Ragnar Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Ekegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Björn Ekegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Ekberg in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to SSC Ambrosini getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Olof Ersman hit a great ball. Björn Ekegren came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Di Röe's Ragnar Johnsson. But to his dismay, Ragnar Johnsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. A collision led to Di Röe getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jan Odman hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's Valdemar Åberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens-Ove Åkesson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Björn Ekegren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ove Ekberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Di Röe walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
