Ragnar Johnsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Tavo Potisepp made a huge save. 9 minutes into the match, Kogimyae JK's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Johnsson came free, but Tavo Potisepp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Ove Åkesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihkel Urm, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Vambola Vanaliin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens-Ove Åkesson skillfully saved the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Kogimyae JK's Mihkel Urm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Ove Åkesson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tavo Potisepp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Johnsson in the 21st minute of the match. Andris Nõmmeots recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marc Eklund kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Di Röe's Jens-Ove Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vambola Vanaliin in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Magnus Tham got free with Tavo Potisepp in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goal looked a bit too open when Vambola Vanaliin came free, but Jens-Ove Åkesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andris Nõmmeots fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ove Åkesson having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Kogimyae JK's goalkeeper Tavo Potisepp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens-Ove Ekberg. Di Röe's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Albert Nyman in the 41st minute. Kogimyae JK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Ragnar Johnsson scored to the left of an out of position Tavo Potisepp, making the score, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihkel Urm to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Harri Kalev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albert Nyman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tavo Potisepp. Kogimyae JK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Kogimyae JK's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Johnsson came free, but Tavo Potisepp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Di Röe's zone, Toomas Arumäe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ove Åkesson came out of the goal and Toomas Arumäe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Jan Odman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 67 played minutes Kogimyae JK got a freekick which was hit by Vambola Vanaliin. Ragnar Johnsson scored 2-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tavo Potisepp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Kogimyae JK's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Tham came free, but Tavo Potisepp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Andris Nõmmeots reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jens-Ove Åkesson. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 82nd minute of the match, Mihkel Urm tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jens-Ove Åkesson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Albin Emander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
