With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaf Rudberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benjamin Skytte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ksawery Frodyma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaf Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdzislaw Wawro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zdzislaw Wawro got free with Gustaf Rudberg in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Zdzislaw Wawro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustaf Rudberg. The goal made the score 1-2. Per Kjellberg hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, FC Sójcze's Zdzislaw Wawro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustaf Rudberg. Gustaf Rudberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. 45 minutes into the match, FC Sójcze's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Månsson came free, but Ksawery Frodyma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The supporters of FC Sójcze booed when KD Stiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Månsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ksawery Frodyma made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Jack Tolsson sent off a good shot on target. Henrik Christoffersson charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustaf Rudberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. FC Sójcze were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of KD Stiger for a fine match.
