The audience thought a goal was coming when Kalle Barck got free with Luís Gajardo in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Renato Abufom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dick Strandberg having to make a save. Kalle Barck's late challenge caught a Club Deportivo Xpertin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kalle Barck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Nytäppet Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kalle Barck to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Renato Abufom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dick Strandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quintín Monsalve during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Club Deportivo Xpertin getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Quintín Monsalve hit a great ball. If Kalle Barck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Barcelo charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Barcelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boris Hermansson in the 30th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Xpertin's goalkeeper Luís Gajardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quintín Monsalve kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After the first half Club Deportivo Xpertin were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kalle Barck was the one to do the kick off. Luís Gajardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agne Engman, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the game, Jose Manuel Gajardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dick Strandberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sarracino Mandiola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Dick Strandberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose Manuel Gajardo. Agne Engman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Luís Gajardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, Club Deportivo Xpertin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Vicentens to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Sarracino Mandiola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo Xpertin's supporters rose to their feet, but Sarracino Mandiola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dick Strandberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Nytäppet Fc getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ragnar Söderström hit a great ball. Sarracino Mandiola was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 91 played minutes Club Deportivo Xpertin got a freekick which was hit by Sarracino Mandiola. The Club Deportivo Xpertin supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Club Deportivo Xpertin would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
