The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 played minutes Bloodthirsty FC got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Arne Svanberg. 8 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goalkeeper Aleksander Smefeldt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens-Ove Ekberg. 10 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Hernström came free, but Jens-Ove Åkesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksander Smefeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Johnsson in the 13th minute of the match. Jens-Ove Ekberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aleksander Smefeldt firmly grabbed it by the left post. 21 minutes into the game, Jens-Ove Ekberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aleksander Smefeldt. Jens-Ove Ekberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With an all-out effort, Di Röe's Aleksander Smefeldt threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ragnar Johnsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Bloodthirsty FC's Gustav Carlsson got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Marc Eklund made a precise shot to the right of Aleksander Smefeldt. Bloodthirsty FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the last second Aleksander Smefeldt throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ragnar Johnsson in the 34thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Aleksander Smefeldt came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Di Röe's Ragnar Johnsson. But to his dismay, Ragnar Johnsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Aleksander Smefeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Ekberg in the 41st minute of the match. After 42 minutes, Gustav Carlsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bloodthirsty FC and the Di Röe players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gustav Carlsson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Aleksander Smefeldt stood somewhat misplaced when Ragnar Johnsson came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 48 minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sten Hernström to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Ragnar Johnsson made a precise shot to the right of Aleksander Smefeldt. Bloodthirsty FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 57 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Ekberg came free, but Aleksander Smefeldt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksander Smefeldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Johnsson in the 65th minute of play. Aleksander Smefeldt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Magnus Tham went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. After 69 played minutes Bloodthirsty FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustav Carlsson. Aleksander Smefeldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Johnsson in the 71st minute of play. Bloodthirsty FC's Aleksander Smefeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ragnar Johnsson in the 73rd minute of play. Aleksander Smefeldt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, Jens-Ove Ekberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aleksander Smefeldt. Bloodthirsty FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens-Ove Ekberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. Bloodthirsty FC's Gunnar Björnberg was substituted for Gösta Pihlblad. 94 minutes into the match, Ragnar Johnsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aleksander Smefeldt. Bloodthirsty FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ragnar Johnsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Di Röe fully deserved thier win.
