Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Oorthuis in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horaţiu Nițoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Decathlon Dudes's Roderick van der Gouw got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iulian Taşcu in the 15th minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Jeuring to maneuver through the defense. Bart Verbruggen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Taşcu in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iulian Taşcu in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bart Verbruggen saved Decathlon Dudes from getting behind. When Codruț Ichimescu fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Barca de Buzau's protests and gave Codruț Ichimescu a yellow card for diving instead. Codruț Ichimescu kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Horaţiu Nițoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Oorthuis in the 24th minute of play. Horaţiu Nițoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Jeuring in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, -BZF- Barca de Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Hristea to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Decathlon Dudes getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Kristian Klijnstra hit a great ball. In the 32nd match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jochem Oosterbaan to maneuver through the defense. Bart Verbruggen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Purje in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of -BZF- Barca de Buzau booed when Decathlon Dudes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Post didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bart Verbruggen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Purje, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. -BZF- Barca de Buzau were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Decathlon Dudes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ovidiu Pătrașcu took the corner. The corner ended in Ovidiu Pătrașcu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Decathlon Dudes's Bart Verbruggen did a great save. In the 43rd minute Andreas Oorthuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horaţiu Nițoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horaţiu Nițoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Oorthuis in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Marcel Jeuring made the kick off in the second half. When Valeriu Băcioiu fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Barca de Buzau's protests and gave Valeriu Băcioiu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Costin Titulescu got a free kick in the 56th minute. Horaţiu Nițoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Oorthuis in the 59th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Decathlon Dudes's Andreas Oorthuis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horaţiu Nițoi. Horaţiu Nițoi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Felix Vorniceanu lost his temper 74 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Felix Vorniceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Jochem Oosterbaan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Oorthuis in the 78th minute of play forced -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalkeeper Horaţiu Nițoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Ovidiu Pătrașcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidiu Pătrașcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jochem Oosterbaan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bart Verbruggen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidiu Pătrașcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Decathlon Dudes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than -BZF- Barca de Buzau throughout the match.
