Josef Mårtensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Jens-Ove Åkesson made a huge save. Roger Månsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Jens-Ove Åkesson made a huge save. 10 minutes into the match, Jens-Ove Ekberg notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of KD Stiger's Gustaf Rudberg. Gustaf Rudberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gustaf Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Johnsson in the 13th minute of the match. Gustaf Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Johnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 played minutes KD Stiger got a freekick which was hit by Pål Strömberg. 23 minutes into the match, KD Stiger's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Tham came free, but Gustaf Rudberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Ove Åkesson was a little too slow when Roger Månsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-1. Gustaf Rudberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Ekberg in the 31st minute of play. Gustaf Rudberg came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Di Röe's Magnus Tham. But to his dismay, Magnus Tham quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 43 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Hedkvist. After recieving a nice pass, KD Stiger's Benjamin Snabb tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ove Ekberg in the 47th minute of play forced KD Stiger's goalkeeper Gustaf Rudberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Josef Mårtensson made a kick off. Gustaf Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Johnsson in the 51st minute of the match. 51 minutes into the game, Ragnar Johnsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Gustaf Rudberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Di Röe defense, Josef Mårtensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ove Åkesson. The Di Röe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Ove Åkesson should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute Di Röe were awarded a corner. Albert Nyman went to the cornerflag to take it. Albert Nyman made a great header on Di Röe's corner, it was just that KD Stiger's Gustaf Rudberg managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to KD Stiger getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Roger Månsson hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Marc Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the game, Ragnar Johnsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustaf Rudberg. Ragnar Johnsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Magnus Tham got free with Gustaf Rudberg in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustaf Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Johnsson in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the game, Per-Arne Löfkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KD Stiger's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Di Röe the free kick. A collision led to KD Stiger getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Per-Arne Löfkvist hit a great ball. The Di Röe players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
