In the 4th minute Andreas Oorthuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Soszka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bart Verbruggen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Hendzel in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roderick van der Gouw to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Hendzel in the 15th minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Wiktor Hendzel put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bart Verbruggen. Dariusz Soszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Jeuring, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Andreas Oorthuis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otto Olfers's late challenge caught a Yelonki's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Otto Olfers helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Otto Olfers. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcel Jeuring got free with Dariusz Soszka in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bart Verbruggen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dag Laskowski in the 42nd minute of play. Marcel Jeuring could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Dariusz Soszka made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The supporters of Yelonki booed when Decathlon Dudes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Oorthuis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobiasz Tamulewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. With a little luck, Decathlon Dudes's Bart Verbruggen got control of the ball when Wiktor Hendzel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bart Verbruggen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Bobrowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yelonki's Arkadiusz Rozanski was substituted for Jakub Bobrowski. A collision led to Decathlon Dudes getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Kristian Klijnstra hit a great ball. Decathlon Dudes's Bart Verbruggen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Laskowski in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Roderick van der Gouw hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bart Verbruggen was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zenon Turek. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfred Jajko during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Yelonki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Jajko to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute of the match Jochem Oosterbaan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dariusz Soszka showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 77 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Klijnstra. In the 81st minute Decathlon Dudes were awarded a corner. Jochem Oosterbaan went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 87th minute, Marcel Jeuring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Decathlon Dudes's Hubert Post got a free kick in the 89th minute. Dag Laskowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bart Verbruggen came out and tried to block the shot, but Dag Laskowski slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 95th minute. The Decathlon Dudes supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yelonki's performance. The match ended with a win for Yelonki.
