Ragnar Johnsson started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Decathlon Dudes's Marcel Jeuring slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jens-Ove Åkesson. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Bart Verbruggen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Ekberg in the 7th minute of the match. Kristian Klijnstra kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Bart Verbruggen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ove Ekberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Jens-Ove Åkesson made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Andreas Oorthuis sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute, Marcel Jeuring ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens-Ove Åkesson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Marcel Jeuring struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jens-Ove Åkesson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Decathlon Dudes. In the 43rd minute Andreas Oorthuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ove Åkesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcel Jeuring to make the kick off. A collision led to Decathlon Dudes getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jochem Oosterbaan hit a great ball. In the 55th minute Ragnar Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bart Verbruggen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magnus Tham kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. When Jochem Oosterbaan fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Decathlon Dudes's protests and gave Jochem Oosterbaan a yellow card for diving instead. After some careless play in the Di Röe defense, Marcel Jeuring kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ove Åkesson. Di Röe's Jens-Ove Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Oorthuis in the 83rd minute of play. In the 91st minute, Ragnar Johnsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bart Verbruggen. The goal made the score 4-1. Jochem Oosterbaan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jens-Ove Åkesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Decathlon Dudes had won after a very even match.
