Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) ANKARA GENÇLİK's 余战昆 started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bedih Pirane kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Bolivia's Mario Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of ANKARA GENÇLİK booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Tejedor didn't get a good kick on the ball. ANKARA GENÇLİK's Bedri İltan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Joshua Miralles, made in the 11th minute of the game. 余战昆 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivia's zone, 余战昆 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and 余战昆 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bedih Pirane's late challenge caught a Bolivia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bedih Pirane helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Bedih Pirane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karhan Hakim having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, ANKARA GENÇLİK's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Fernandino came free, but Karhan Hakim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Mario Fernandino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karhan Hakim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 27th minute 余战昆 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute ANKARA GENÇLİK were awarded a corner. Mehmet Ediz Yürükoğlu went to the cornerflag to take it. Mehmet Ediz Yürükoğlu made a great header on ANKARA GENÇLİK's corner, it was just that Bolivia's Camilo Freixa managed to reach the ball for a save. When Alfredo Ferrant came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Ferrant couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the game, Alfonso de la Cruz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ANKARA GENÇLİK the free kick. In the 37th match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso de la Cruz to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Joshua Miralles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 39 played minutes, ANKARA GENÇLİK's Mehmet Ediz Yürükoğlu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Camilo Freixa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ANKARA GENÇLİK reached it. After some careless play in the Bolivia defense, 余战昆 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. The Bolivia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Freixa should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Tejedor. A collision led to ANKARA GENÇLİK getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Bedri İltan hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when 余战昆 came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, 余战昆 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ANKARA GENÇLİK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Francisco Gallo kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see ANKARA GENÇLİK's Mehmet Ediz Yürükoğlu in action when he in the 71st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 余战昆 in the 85th minute of play. 余战昆 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Mario Fernandino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Fontirroig. Mustafa Numan Ruhsat kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Alfredo Ferrant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Karhan Hakim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
