Alisson Becker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marian Văduvescu made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Fu Shu Xuan sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute Zygmunt Dunajski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alisson Becker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Dunajski in the 25th minute of play. Sten Kvick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zygmunt Dunajski hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The supporters of Oskars Glada Gäng booed when FC Steaua Pildesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zygmunt Dunajski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Zygmunt Dunajski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filip Paulescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zygmunt Dunajski got free with Alisson Becker in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zygmunt Dunajski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alisson Becker having to interfere. Marian Văduvescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Kvick in the 69th minute of the match. After 69 minutes of play, Oskars Glada Gäng's Sten Kvick made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marian Văduvescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Oskars Glada Gäng getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Sten Kvick hit a great ball. Marian Văduvescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Kvick, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute of the match, Lucian Stere tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alisson Becker saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 83 minutes into the match, Oskars Glada Gäng's goal looked a bit too open when Lucian Stere came free, but Alisson Becker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Oskars Glada Gäng's Alisson Becker got control of the ball when Filip Paulescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alisson Becker came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Steaua Pildesti's Lucian Stere. But to his dismay, Lucian Stere quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.
