That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Jack Lundblad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polar Ice Caps's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Digitale Dribbelaars the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, Polar Ice Caps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Lundblad to maneuver through the defense. Pascal Vledder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Eron in the 24th minute of play. If Kristof Klompe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Eron in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pascal Vledder saved De Digitale Dribbelaars from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, Polar Ice Caps's goal looked a bit too open when Reinhard Alards came free, but Henry Blom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Polar Ice Caps's goalkeeper Henry Blom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sindre Westerlund. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximiliano Eron was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Polar Ice Caps's goal looked a bit too open when Reinhard Alards came free, but Henry Blom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascal Vledder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Eron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Polar Ice Caps's goal looked a bit too open when Kristof Klompe came free, but Henry Blom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st match minute, Polar Ice Caps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Malmberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Sindre Westerlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinhard Alards in the 75th minute of play forced Polar Ice Caps's goalkeeper Henry Blom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henry Blom went to the wrong direction when Simon Schol was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 80th minute of the match Dennis Malmberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pascal Vledder showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sindre Westerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henry Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Wisniewski in the 91st minute of play. Henry Blom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Wisniewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. De Digitale Dribbelaars walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
