Hamílton Campidelis scored 2-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven Svensson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 13 played minutes A & B United FC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Mossberg. Adhemar da Fonseca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Sven Svensson made a huge save. After 23 played minutes A & B United FC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Mossberg. After 25 minutes, Dinei Goiano made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. A & B United FC's Sven Svensson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Wambalamba FC's Leonel Couto got a free kick in the 29th minute. The audience was convinced that Dinei Goiano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven Svensson was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Dinei Goiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hamílton Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Göran Bäckman charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göran Bäckman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 39th minute, Göran Bäckman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven Svensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dinei Goiano in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Orvar Ugla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Wambalamba FC's Dinei Goiano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven Svensson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan-Olof Lindgren made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Wambalamba FC's zone, Jan-Olof Lindgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Naldo Mello came out of the goal and Jan-Olof Lindgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 57 minutes into the match, Hamílton Campidelis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven Svensson. A & B United FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hamílton Campidelis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After 60 played minutes Wambalamba FC got a freekick which was hit by Adhemar da Fonseca. If Jan-Olof Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiago Gabriel Pena kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, A & B United FC's Jan-Olof Lindgren got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 74th minute, Tiago Gabriel Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 minutes of play, Wambalamba FC's Adhemar da Fonseca made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven Svensson was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 86 minutes, Orvar Ugla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A & B United FC and the Wambalamba FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Wambalamba FC booed when A & B United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orvar Ugla didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Wambalamba FC's Dinei Goiano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Christian Mossberg kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Dinei Goiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Wambalamba FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while A & B United FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
