Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Camilo Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Nejat Alp Talayhan came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Sezen Hidayet notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Özer Geçer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Maximiliano Escribano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Başaran Ötüken read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Nejat Alp Talayhan in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Maximiliano Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. With his leg Joaquin Gayoso managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Northern Lights's Nejat Alp Talayhan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nejat Alp Talayhan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 32nd playminute. In the 37th match minute, Northern Lights was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necat Duha to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th play minute Özer Geçer came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. 3-0. When Northern Lights's Nejat Alp Talayhan in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nejat Alp Talayhan in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Jaime Cazalla hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nejat Alp Talayhan was the one to do the kick off. Northern Lights's Başaran Ötüken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 51st minute of play. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Maximiliano Escribano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Başaran Ötüken made a huge save. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sezen Hidayet in the 55th minute of play. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Kevin Carballal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Başaran Ötüken to make any attempt to save it. After 68 played minutes Northern Lights got a freekick which was hit by Özer Geçer. 70 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Northern Lights's Başaran Ötüken. Başaran Ötüken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Maximiliano Escribano came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Escribano couldn't finish the play. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nejat Alp Talayhan's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Northern Lights getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Hulki Kayrahan hit a great ball. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Başaran Ötüken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Özgün Serbülend made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Selman Nurdag however managed to control. In the 94thth minute of the game Nejat Alp Talayhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Many of Uruguay's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Uruguay may have spent more time on the ball, but Northern Lights were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
