Westenenk's Jaap van der Schans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Ahlquist in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valio Tammisto in the 16th minute of play forced Nana FC's goalkeeper Carolo Pirro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Nana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carolo Pirro should have stopped the shot. Westenenk's Jaap van der Schans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luiz Queirós in the 90th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Joop Koopmans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Westenenk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nana FC the free kick. Nana FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Westenenk for a fine match.
