When Severiano Beltran came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Berutti FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Beltran couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute of the match, Everardo Anaya tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 何旭银 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olov Hellström during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed George Almstedt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bloodthirsty FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and George Almstedt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a defensive mix-up in Bloodthirsty FC's zone, Severiano Beltran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 何旭银 came out of the goal and Severiano Beltran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Per Granberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bloodthirsty FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per Granberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bo Bergfelt hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The long shot by Victor Dominic in the 24th minute really tested 何旭银's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 何旭银 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Anaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Olov Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Truylos got free with 何旭银 in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Anaya in the 31st minute of play forced Bloodthirsty FC's goalkeeper 何旭银 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bo Bergfelt made a kick off. 何旭银 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Anaya in the 53rd minute of play. Olov Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Per Granberg's late challenge caught a Berutti FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per Granberg helped the player get up and apologised. The Berutti FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Bloodthirsty FC's Lars-Erik Forsberg was substituted for Bror Eriksson. When the referee ended the match the Berutti FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
