The ball went over the crossbar instead. Caroll Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Socorro in the 12th minute of the match. Caroll Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Socorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 24 played minutes Buksvinens IF got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Lidman. Buksvinens IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Modesto Socorro scored to the left of an out of position Caroll Mårtensson, making the score, 2-0. Edgar Sandwall's late challenge caught a FCFiratRom's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Sandwall helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, Edgar Sandwall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caroll Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Socorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 37th minute, Modesto Socorro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCFiratRom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 42nd match minute, Buksvinens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Sandwall to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 45 minutes, Modesto Socorro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FCFiratRom's supporters crossed their fingers, but Modesto Socorro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgar Sandwall stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Caroll Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 minutes, Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Buksvinens IF's Caroll Mårtensson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Buksvinens IF's Bengt-Arne Fransson got a free kick in the 64th minute. Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Caroll Mårtensson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek ran back to his position shaking his head. Caroll Mårtensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek in the 65th minute of play. Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Caroll Mårtensson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, İbrahim Trabzonlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCFiratRom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 75th minute İbrahim Trabzonlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caroll Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek in the 76th minute of play forced Buksvinens IF's goalkeeper Caroll Mårtensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caroll Mårtensson was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. FCFiratRom were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Buksvinens IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Halit Ziya Ustaoğlu took the corner. In the 81st minute, Qu Bin Feng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caroll Mårtensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Shimko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek managed to get in a good position for a shot. FCFiratRom's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caroll Mårtensson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 86 minutes into the match, Buksvinens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek came free, but Caroll Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Buksvinens IF defense, Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caroll Mårtensson. The Buksvinens IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caroll Mårtensson should have stopped the shot. A collision led to FCFiratRom getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Jan-Olof Svartengren hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the FCFiratRom players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
