When Jan-Ove Håning came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the FC Hackspett U21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Ove Håning couldn't finish the play. Alvin Brenner took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ejder Baba. Ejder Baba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The corner led FCFiratRom's Halit Ziya Ustaoğlu to fire away a dangerous shot which Tony Henriksson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to FC Hackspett U21 getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Frank Fortune hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Hackspett U21's zone, Halit Ziya Ustaoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Henriksson came out of the goal and Halit Ziya Ustaoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ejder Baba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Håning in the 23rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Fred Ånger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Hackspett U21's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FCFiratRom the free kick. In the 34th match minute, FC Hackspett U21 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Ånger to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, FC Hackspett U21's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Socorro came free, but Tony Henriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Modesto Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Henriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Hackspett U21's Tony Henriksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save FC Hackspett U21 from getting a goal against them. Alvin Brenner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Henriksson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Modesto Socorro in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvin Brenner was the one to do the kick off. Tony Henriksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek in the 55th minute of the match. If Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute İbrahim Trabzonlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Henriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anıl Ozan Şaki hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. FC Hackspett U21's Teddy De Hond was substituted for Edvard Klemensson. The supporters of FC Hackspett U21 booed when FCFiratRom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anıl Ozan Şaki didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FCFiratRom getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Andy Shimko hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek in the 74th minute of play forced FC Hackspett U21's goalkeeper Tony Henriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek scored 2-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tony Henriksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Hackspett U21's Tony Henriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İbrahim Trabzonlu in the 83rd minute of play. Tony Henriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by FCFiratRom's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ruben Pirro was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Hackspett U21's players had a chance to rest. Emanuel Uter's late challenge caught a FCFiratRom's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Uter helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Hackspett U21's Emanuel Uter got a free kick in the 93rd minute. FC Hackspett U21's Tony Henriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Cumhur Tokyürek in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the FCFiratRom players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
