Zorion Carić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Boon in the 19th minute of play. After 23 minutes of play, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Alexandre Tepedino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zorion Carić was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the match, Slipmaskinerna's Peanut Lord sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albino Maiorga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Peanut Lord's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albino Maiorga was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Camilo Azubeli's late challenge caught a Slipmaskinerna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Azubeli helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Slipmaskinerna booed when Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Azubeli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sungurhan Buminhan charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danial Boon to make the kick off. Albino Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Styrbjörn Nilsson in the 52nd minute of play. Peanut Lord took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albino Maiorga. Albino Maiorga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danial Boon in the 61st minute of play forced Slipmaskinerna's goalkeeper Zorion Carić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Deportivo Pomelo Nenene were awarded a corner. Pascual Pomelin went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Pascual Pomelin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Slipmaskinerna's Zorion Carić did a great save. In the 67th minute, Styrbjörn Nilsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albino Maiorga was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene made a substitution. Gaspar Pomelov replaced Alexandre Tepedino. The audience was convinced that Liu Feng Guang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zorion Carić was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Slipmaskinerna were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antonin Laruelle took the corner. The corner ended in Sungurhan Buminhan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga did a great save. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Liu Feng Guang got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92ndth minute of the game Mastur Bates who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mastur Bates's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albino Maiorga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Zorion Carić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liu Feng Guang in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Slipmaskinerna fans cheered their team off the field, for while Deportivo Pomelo Nenene had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
