After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Douglas Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Sparta Plzeň's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sesuldo Teijelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Fribäck scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hans Ullrich, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Douglas Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Sesuldo Teijelo made a huge save. Unikurdos United F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ortzi Goxenola in the 37th minute. Ortzi Goxenola made a great header on Unikurdos United F.C.'s corner, it was just that AC Sparta Plzeň's Hans Ullrich managed to reach the ball for a save. Hans Ullrich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Fribäck in the 39th minute of the match. The supporters of Unikurdos United F.C. booed when AC Sparta Plzeň was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christan Benitez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Christan Benitez came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the AC Sparta Plzeň fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christan Benitez couldn't finish the play. AC Sparta Plzeň's Jiří Kytka was substituted for Jakub Kňourek. Rojelio Carrera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Hans Ullrich when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A well-hit corner resulted in Ludvík Pergl heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Unikurdos United F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
