Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thibau Robin got the match started through his kick off. Roman Rollins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martial Horemans, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Roman Rollins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tom Rits went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When J.C. Ogden came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that J.C. Ogden couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute J.C. Ogden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bart-Jan Van De Beeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's J.C. Ogden sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bart-Jan Van De Beeck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jason Stuart to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Royal Antwerp FC's goalkeeper Bart-Jan Van De Beeck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by J.C. Ogden. If Tom Rits had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christiaan Tkint scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roman Rollins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Boca Juniors's Roman Rollins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martial Horemans in the 41st minute of play. After 42 minutes Boca Juniors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pawel Pryputnicki who took care of the corner kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when J.C. Ogden stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. J.C. Ogden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernie Dixon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bart-Jan Van De Beeck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tom Rits in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Rollins saved Boca Juniors from getting behind. Roman Rollins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Rits, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roman Rollins made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Christiaan Tkint sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Thibau Robin could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Roman Rollins however easily saved by the left post. Bart-Jan Van De Beeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from J.C. Ogden in the 71st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Tom Rits took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Roman Rollins to make any attempt to save it. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Neil Kemp replaced Vitinho Diniz. After a rather tough play, Royal Antwerp FC's Christiaan Tkint got a free kick in the 79th minute. Boca Juniors's Shelby Cruz was substituted for Jason Stuart. In the 80th match minute, Royal Antwerp FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christiaan Tkint to maneuver through the defense. Roman Rollins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tom Rits in the 85th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Wilfred Holley. Thibau Robin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Roman Rollins when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cyryl Karpinski hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Boca Juniors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Tom Rits scored to the left of an out of position Roman Rollins, making the score, 0-4.
