An unexpectedly hard shot by João Carlos Vianna in the 8th minute of play forced Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Ricardo Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juarês Donato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Ricardo Hendrickx made a huge save. In the 12thth minute of the game Kartal Başar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wambalamba FC's Cris Courtois was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Twierdza Osowiec's Ricardo Hendrickx got control of the ball when Juarês Donato tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kartal Başar might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cris Courtois. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kartal Başar ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 17th minute Brian Finnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kartal Başar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cris Courtois read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Ricardo Hendrickx was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Carlos Vianna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. In the 28th minute João Carlos Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Helge Lindgren made in the 31st minute of the game a quick throw-in and João Carlos Vianna immediately put the ball in play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brian Finnman got free with Ricardo Hendrickx in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35thth minute of the game Brian Finnman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Twierdza Osowiec's Ricardo Hendrickx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Kartal Başar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Twierdza Osowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kartal Başar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Twierdza Osowiec's Ricardo Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Steckamp in the 41st minute of play. Brian Finnman hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robin Steckamp to make the kick off. Twierdza Osowiec's Kartal Başar got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Helge Lindgren made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which João Carlos Vianna however managed to control. When Kartal Başar came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Twierdza Osowiec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kartal Başar couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kartal Başar got free with Cris Courtois in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricardo Hendrickx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juarês Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Cris Courtois made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Kartal Başar sent off a good shot on target. Ricardo Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Finnman in the 77th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brian Finnman in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Hendrickx saved Twierdza Osowiec from getting behind. The attack was good, but when Brian Finnman in the 79th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Jacek Przybyciel kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ricardo Hendrickx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juarês Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, Twierdza Osowiec's Mili Martin got a free kick in the 90th minute. Ricardo Hendrickx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Carlos Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, João Carlos Vianna notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Twierdza Osowiec's Ricardo Hendrickx. Ricardo Hendrickx was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Wambalamba FC had won after a very even match.
