Juan Chayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Lécuyer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Vampiros Aztecas's goalie and right to Angel Osoro. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Vampiros Aztecas's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Juan Chayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 minutes Vampiros Aztecas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgard Magdaleno who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Patricio Beltran heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Rolf Weyand took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ayhan Vuralhan. Ayhan Vuralhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Tequileros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Verheydt came free, but Ayhan Vuralhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ayhan Vuralhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Verheydt in the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Juan Chayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Raitin. Juan Chayo was a little too slow when Edgard Lécuyer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-1. A collision led to Tequileros FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Blas Esiquio hit a great ball. Ayhan Vuralhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Weyand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgard Lécuyer in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Chayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ayhan Vuralhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Abeitia in the 26th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Ubaldo Abeitia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vampiros Aztecas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 38 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Juan Chayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Raitin. With an all-out effort, Tequileros FC's Juan Chayo threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edgard Magdaleno, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Juan Chayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Raitin in the 42nd minute. If Rolf Weyand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Verheydt to strike the kick off in the second half. Tequileros FC's Ayhan Vuralhan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Tequileros FC from getting a goal against them. Juan Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Raitin in the 54th minute of play. Thomas Verheydt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Ayhan Vuralhan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Weyand in the 64th minute of play forced Tequileros FC's goalkeeper Ayhan Vuralhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Lécuyer in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Lécuyer came free, but Juan Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Tequileros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Abeitia came free, but Ayhan Vuralhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Edgard Lécuyer notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Vampiros Aztecas's Juan Chayo. Juan Chayo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vampiros Aztecas's Elliott Granqvist was substituted for Leif Jonasson. Tequileros FC's Andres Frasco was substituted for Venancio Azeari. With a little luck, Tequileros FC's Ayhan Vuralhan got control of the ball when Rolf Weyand tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Pedro Raitin made a precise shot to the right of Juan Chayo. Vampiros Aztecas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Victorio Basajaun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tequileros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorio Basajaun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Chayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tequileros FC made a substitution. Ildefonso Lorien replaced Blas Esiquio. Victorio Basajaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Chayo having to interfere. Edgard Magdaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Ayhan Vuralhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Verheydt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
