In the 15th match minute, ORIZABA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Izquierdo to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cyprian Oliszewski. After 21 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Remigio. Leoncio Huerta hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute Godofredo Remigio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Kan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iustinian Ipătescu hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Racing Club's Olavo Henriques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. Fausto Beatties short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Olavo Henriques to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

A collision led to ORIZABA F.C. getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Hilario Izquierdo hit a great ball. After 58 played minutes ORIZABA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Izquierdo. Godofredo Remigio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Oliver Kan made a huge save. After 62 played minutes Godofredo Remigio rounded ORIZABA F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. Racing Club's Olavo Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Oliszewski in the 68th minute of play. The corner led ORIZABA F.C.'s Amílton Loyola to fire away a dangerous shot which Olavo Henriques despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Olavo Henriques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaroslaw Maurycy, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Cyprian Oliszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Cyprian Oliszewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olavo Henriques was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslaw Maurycy in the 82nd minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Godofredo Remigio notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of ORIZABA F.C.'s Oliver Kan. Oliver Kan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olavo Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Kosakowski in the 90th minute of the match.
