With a little luck, Vampiros Aztecas's Juan Chayo got control of the ball when Cheng Le Xing tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bogdan Samokovliyski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macedonio Fonticoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Pakorro AFC's Bogdan Samokovliyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Macedonio Fonticoba in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goalkeeper Juan Chayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cheng Le Xing. The corner ended in Aşır Satılmış almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vampiros Aztecas's Juan Chayo did a great save. After some careless play in the Vampiros Aztecas defense, Cheng Le Xing kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Chayo. After a defensive mix-up in Vampiros Aztecas's zone, Cheng Le Xing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Chayo came out of the goal and Cheng Le Xing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cheng Le Xing's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Chayo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cheng Le Xing made a kick off. Bogdan Samokovliyski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Verheydt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute Hugo Hernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Samokovliyski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute of the match, Rolf Weyand tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bogdan Samokovliyski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 94th minute Astor Giampietro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vampiros Aztecas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
