After a defensive mix-up in Tequileros FC's zone, Joaquin Uxio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ayhan Vuralhan came out of the goal and Joaquin Uxio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Pedro Raitin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Club's Olavo Henriques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olavo Henriques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Raitin in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, İskender Baki Sabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but İskender Baki Sabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Magdaleno came free, but Olavo Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Edgard Magdaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tequileros FC fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Tequileros FC's Conrado Baudelio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 30th minute, İskender Baki Sabi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37 played minutes Tequileros FC got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Roano. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conrado Baudelio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute İskender Baki Sabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayhan Vuralhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by İskender Baki Sabi in the 59th minute of play forced Tequileros FC's goalkeeper Ayhan Vuralhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ayhan Vuralhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Tequileros FC made a substitution. After 69 minutes of play, Tequileros FC's Edgard Lécuyer made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olavo Henriques was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute Racing Club were awarded a corner. Joaquin Uxio went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Racing Club's corner Joaquin Uxio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ayhan Vuralhan quite easily take care of the ball. George Orwel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ayhan Vuralhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Orwel, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 94 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Lécuyer came free, but Olavo Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Orwel might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ayhan Vuralhan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. George Orwel ran back to his position shaking his head. Ayhan Vuralhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Orwel in the 95th minute of play. Tequileros FC made a substitution. Ildefonso Lorien replaced Blas Esiquio. Pedro Raitin hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tequileros FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
