Ayhan Vuralhan made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Thomas Verheydt sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the game, Edgard Magdaleno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Juan Chayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vampiros Aztecas made a substitution. Benjamin Wood replaced Thomas Verheydt. After the first half Tequileros FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
