Edgard Magdaleno was slow to take the kick. During this time Tequileros FC's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Baudelio in the 11th minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Ismael Furman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ayhan Vuralhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Beugnet in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Bruno Beugnet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Equipo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Beugnet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tequileros FC booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederico Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rdth minute of the game Edgard Lécuyer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Equipo's Ismael Furman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Edgard Lécuyer sped through Equipo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ismael Furman. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tequileros FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
