Cougars FC's Karel Šnajdr quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Patrick Beckham, made in the 3rd minute of the game. Angel Morales made in the 5th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Les Tigres's Patrick Beckham. In the 9th minute, Mehat Kovaçi made a precise shot to the right of Gonzo Maradona. Les Tigres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Cougars FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Inocencio Paublo hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Mehat Kovaçi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gonzo Maradona was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. 20 minutes into the match, Cougars FC's goalkeeper Arnoud de Pelsmakere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Estevez. Eustaquio Mede hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The supporters of Cougars FC booed when Les Tigres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Beckham didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Võsandi in the 28th minute of play forced Cougars FC's goalkeeper Arnoud de Pelsmakere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Les Tigres were awarded a corner. Severino Estevez went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Severino Estevez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnoud de Pelsmakere quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömer-Asaf Güneş in the 31st minute of the match. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ömer-Asaf Güneş, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Severino Estevez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnoud de Pelsmakere was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 39 minutes in the game Patrick Beckham did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Edvard Võsandi. After 45 minutes, Patrick Beckham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Les Tigres and the Cougars FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Les Tigres's Rodolfo Luken was substituted for Silvano Ihazintu. The wind increased when Ömer-Asaf Güneş made the kick off in the second half. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvard Võsandi, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Les Tigres were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Cougars FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Severino Estevez took the corner. 55 minutes into the match, Cougars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edvard Võsandi came free, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luboš Štencl kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Edvard Võsandi notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cougars FC's Arnoud de Pelsmakere. Arnoud de Pelsmakere was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Les Tigres made a substitution. Leonardo Tipi replaced Ömer-Asaf Güneş. Arnoud de Pelsmakere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Tipi in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Leonardo Tipi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzo Maradona made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Mehat Kovaçi sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edvard Võsandi in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoud de Pelsmakere saved Cougars FC from getting behind. Mehat Kovaçi let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 78th minute shot 2-2 at rihgt post. Cougars FC made a substitution. Steffen Gimlinge replaced Mehat Kovaçi. Cougars FC's Arnoud de Pelsmakere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Tipi in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerardo Nesto got free with Gonzo Maradona in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 86 minutes, Gerardo Nesto made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Les Tigres's Gonzo Maradona tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Les Tigres made a substitution. Mauro Abel replaced Edvard Võsandi. Gonzo Maradona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Mede in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Cougars FC's Steffen Gimlinge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonzo Maradona made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cougars FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
