In the 5th minute, Abraham Alguacil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörgen Askelöf was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 11th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ros to maneuver through the defense. Snubbinhoz FC's Jörgen Askelöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Ros in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento made a precise shot to the right of Jörgen Askelöf. Snubbinhoz FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 23rd minute of play forced Snubbinhoz FC's goalkeeper Jörgen Askelöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregorio Pelagius. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, Snubbinhoz FC's Tomás Sá made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Snubbinhoz FC's Tomás Sá slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 3-2 after 39 minutes of play. In the 43rd match minute, Snubbinhoz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaf Lundgren to maneuver through the defense. Jörgen Askelöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 44th minute of play. Stefan Lundgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. In the 51st minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jörgen Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 54th minute of the match. With a little luck, Snubbinhoz FC's Jörgen Askelöf got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Snubbinhoz FC's Gregorio Pelagius. But to his dismay, Gregorio Pelagius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Askelöf having to interfere. Jörgen Askelöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Jörgen Askelöf made a huge save. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Sá in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Snubbinhoz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Sá to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Aaron Barrios dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jörgen Askelöf, 4-3. In the 77th minute of the match, Abraham Alguacil got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jörgen Askelöf was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidoro Sarmiento in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jörgen Askelöf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jörgen Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 81st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Jörgen Askelöf in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Snubbinhoz FC's Jörgen Askelöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 86th minute of play forced Snubbinhoz FC's goalkeeper Jörgen Askelöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Göran Jonasson fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Snubbinhoz FC's protests and gave Göran Jonasson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, Göran Jonasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Panama were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Snubbinhoz FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. Abraham Alguacil made a great header on Panama's corner, it was just that Snubbinhoz FC's Jörgen Askelöf managed to reach the ball for a save. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Lundgren in the 95th minute of play. Many of Panama's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Panama may have spent more time on the ball, but Snubbinhoz FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
