The referee ignored G.R.'s protests and gave Goel Glauberman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of G.R. booed when Creekers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christopher Goss didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 played minutes, G.R.'s Joshua Ziss shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kip Connelly came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in G.R. reached it. Kip Connelly made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Yuval Laban sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ben-Ami Amran during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ben-Ami Amran kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Desmond Patterson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommie Kirkpatrick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rozen Lipsky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orville Perdue kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 36 played minutes G.R. got a freekick which was hit by Goel Glauberman. Rozen Lipsky showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desmond Patterson, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in G.R.'s zone, Christopher Goss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rozen Lipsky came out of the goal and Christopher Goss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Desmond Patterson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rozen Lipsky showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommie Kirkpatrick, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

G.R.'s Giovanni Ben Yochay was substituted for Goel Glauberman. Rozen Lipsky stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Desmond Patterson's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Kip Connelly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben-Ami Amran in the 54th minute of play. Tommie Kirkpatricks short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Rozen Lipsky to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 89th minute Desmond Patterson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rozen Lipsky saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 96th minute of the match Tommie Kirkpatrick completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tommie Kirkpatrick a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Tommie Kirkpatrick kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
