Geert Wijgaert started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, GUTIERREZ SC's David Soter got control of the ball when Geert Wijgaert tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the GUTIERREZ SC defense, Geert Wijgaert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Soter. The GUTIERREZ SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Soter should have stopped the shot. A collision led to MAGNIFICOS.FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Mané Gerber hit a great ball. After 12 minutes of play, GUTIERREZ SC's Pocho Lavezzi made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lara Guadalupi was left in no man's land by his defense there! GUTIERREZ SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Geert Wijgaert scored to the left of an out of position David Soter, making the score, 2-1. 20 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Geert Wijgaert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Soter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute of the match MAGNIFICOS.FC got a corner. GUTIERREZ SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gilberto Lalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. 23 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pocho Lavezzi came free, but Lara Guadalupi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleazar Picado got a throw-in 25 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Isidoro Truylos. In the 28th minute, Geert Wijgaert made a precise shot to the right of David Soter. GUTIERREZ SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 33rd minute, Geert Wijgaert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Soter was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The throw-in from Eleazar Picado in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MAGNIFICOS.FC's Pedro Requena. In the 39th minute Mateusz Pleban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lara Guadalupi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind GUTIERREZ SC's goalkeeper David Soter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lara Guadalupi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Truylos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Fabinho Rossi was substituted for Leonardo Paz. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pocho Lavezzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, GUTIERREZ SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elberg Largan to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute Geert Wijgaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Soter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Soter came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by MAGNIFICOS.FC's Geert Wijgaert. But to his dismay, Geert Wijgaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. David Soter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geert Wijgaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Lara Guadalupi made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Gregorio Pelagius sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Geert Wijgaert sped through GUTIERREZ SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of David Soter. In the 68th match minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristoforo Balestra to maneuver through the defense. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Frederico Hermes was substituted for Davi Vaz. The supporters of GUTIERREZ SC booed when MAGNIFICOS.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Balestra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Eleazar Picado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geert Wijgaert in the 72nd minute of play forced GUTIERREZ SC's goalkeeper David Soter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Soter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geert Wijgaert in the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, GUTIERREZ SC's goal looked a bit too open when Geert Wijgaert came free, but David Soter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute of the match MAGNIFICOS.FC got a corner. GUTIERREZ SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David Soter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geert Wijgaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GUTIERREZ SC's Juan Peron got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Valério Ortiz was substituted for Geert Wijgaert. In the 89th match minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Lalla to maneuver through the defense. David Soter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MAGNIFICOS.FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while GUTIERREZ SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
