In the 17th minute Reynaldo Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manotham Grandessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deivid Goiano made a great header on Maverick Futebol Clube's corner, it was just that Chaco For Ever's Manotham Grandessa managed to reach the ball for a save. The Chaco For Ever fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Chaco For Ever's Luiz Paulo Teles looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alfredinho Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Manotham Grandessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes Chaco For Ever's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Deivid Goiano who took care of the corner kick. Abderaouf Bensaoula was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Manotham Grandessa was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Cacá Cavalcante capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cacá Cavalcante really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
In the 53rd match minute, Chaco For Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Luís Zanette to maneuver through the defense. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Chaco For Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredinho Massa came free, but Manotham Grandessa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Federico Belarmo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edinho Paraíba. Federico Belarmo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. In the 83rd minute, Deivid Goiano made a precise shot to the right of Manotham Grandessa. Chaco For Ever's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho Massa in the 91st minute of play forced Chaco For Ever's goalkeeper Manotham Grandessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinícius Haaland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maverick Futebol Clube's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
