Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Delfim Paraense took the kick off in the first half of the match. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Paraense in the 3rd minute of play. Victorino Bonifaco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Claudio-Paul Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingmar Kracke got free with Claudio-Paul Taffarel in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute Delfim Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Dvorskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Inter de Melão getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Maurinho Vergílio hit a great ball. Tobias Zachrisson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Victorino Bonifaco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After having played for 42 minutes, Tobias Zachrisson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter de Melão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Zachrisson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stanislav Dvorskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Zachrisson in the 45th minute of play. In the 47thth minute of the game Delfim Paraense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Stanislav Dvorskiy made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Delfim Paraense sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the match, Victorino Bonifaco notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Inter de Melão's Claudio-Paul Taffarel. Claudio-Paul Taffarel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klaus Meine during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Klaus Meine kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Benedict Baird was substituted for Taurino Hernaiz. A collision led to Inter de Melão getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Klaus Meine hit a great ball. Stanislav Dvorskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Zachrisson in the 65th minute. Stanislav Dvorskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delfim Paraense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Victorino Bonifaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio-Paul Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 minutes of play, Resistencia Tayrona FC's Mihnea Vasilian made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio-Paul Taffarel was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Ingmar Kracke came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Resistencia Tayrona FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingmar Kracke couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delfim Paraense in the 84th minute of play forced Resistencia Tayrona FC's goalkeeper Stanislav Dvorskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Mihnea Vasilian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernesto Farias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Stanislav Dvorskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Farias in the 89th minute of play forced Resistencia Tayrona FC's goalkeeper Stanislav Dvorskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanislav Dvorskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Farias in the 92nd minute of play. Delfim Paraense did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Stanislav Dvorskiy 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Resistencia Tayrona FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Inter de Melão had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
